Newark-based hospice charity, Beaumond House Hospice Care, has grown the sustainability and capability of its Hospice at Home service with the addition of two new electric vehicles.
Five individuals from Nottinghamshire have raised £12,081 for local charity, Beaumond House Hospice Care, by taking part in an Arctic expedition in Lapland, Finland.
This prestigious award was given to Bond in recognition of his work as Patron and Representative of Seed Forum Global in the UK since 2003. The award acknowledges Bond’s long-standing commitment to matching business startups from overseas with investors in the City of London.

Nottinghamshire-based charity, Beaumond House Hospice Care, is bringing bank holiday fun for all the family to Newark, with the return of its annual Easter Fun Day.
Taking place at Newark Market Place on Friday 18th April between 10am and 3pm, the event will bring together the local community to celebrate Easter and raise vital funds to allow the charity to continue its work.
The Fun Day will feature a variety of ‘egg-citing’ entertainment and activities including inflatables, toy tombola, face painting, Easter crafts, egg and spoon races and biscuit decorating.

The installation, organised by Newark and Sherwood District Council in partnership with Newark Town Board through their Newark Heart project, follows last year’s successful Neurodiversity Umbrella project with Newark Creates which saw fantastic colourful umbrellas up above the marketplace. These were so well received that the aim is to replicate that success and iconic imagery again for 2024.
