Veolia donates 500 fruit trees to 100 schools across the country, with 35 trees to 7 local schools in Nottinghamshire.
In 2022 Veolia, in partnership with the community action charity Groundwork, launched a new campaign to help schools blossom with biodiversity and join a national network of orchards. In late summer this year the Newark Air Museum (NAM) took delivery of the Reid and Sigrist (RS) Desford aircraft onto its site in north eastern Nottinghamshire.
