Vegan pancakes, a simple vegan recipe with almond milk and Alpo yoghurt.
Ingredients
150g plain flour
Pinch of salt
1 tsp baking powder
250mls almond milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
Oil for frying
To Serve
Alpro yoghurt
Method
- Place all the ingredients except the oil into a bowl and hand whisk until smooth.
- Heat a thin layer of oil in a small frying pan and add 1 tbsp batter cook for 30-40 secs, flip over and repeat.
- Serve with fresh fruit.
Serves 12 small pancakes
